Earn Your Apps
Lock your apps until you've earned them.
Most app blockers lock your phone on a timer. Momentum locks it on performance.
Pick the apps that steal your day. Set a cutoff time (6:00 PM by default) and the score you need (7 out of 10 by default). If you're below it after the cutoff, those apps lock. Hit the score and they open again.
How Earn Your Apps works
You choose the apps with Apple's own Screen Time picker. Momentum never sees your browsing or messages — it only applies Apple's lock to the apps you picked.
Your daily Momentum Score is built from sleep, deep work, training, nutrition, content and focus. Log proof, raise the score, and the lock lifts. Apps also unlock at midnight so every day is a fresh fight.
Why performance beats a timer
A timer blocker punishes you for opening Instagram at 3 PM even on a day you crushed. It also lets you scroll freely at 9 PM after a day you wasted. Momentum ties your phone to what you actually did.
The result: the scroll becomes a reward you earn, not a habit you fight.
