Discipline App
A discipline app for people who are sick of feeling weak.
Discipline is not a personality trait. It's a track record of decisions you can point to. Momentum exists to give you that track record — every day, scored, weighted, undeniable.
This isn't a meditation app. It isn't a journal with a streak. It's a daily verdict on whether you executed or slid, paired with the tools to do something about it tomorrow.
How a discipline app should work
It should make showing up easier than not showing up. It should give you the smallest possible friction to log your day. It should be honest when you fall off. It should track the inputs that actually predict the outputs you want — not arbitrary habits like "drink water."
Momentum was designed around those four rules.
Daily Momentum Score
A 0–10 score every day, weighted across sleep, training, deep work, nutrition, content output, and your non-negotiables. You'll see exactly what dragged your score down and exactly what you'd need to do tomorrow to push it up.
After a week you have a clear pattern. After a month you have undeniable evidence of who you actually are.
Ruthless Mode
When you slip, Ruthless Mode swaps the soft language for the truth. No emojis, no "you got this!" — just the facts and what they mean. Optional, but most users keep it on after the first week.
Weekly Reports
Every Friday and Saturday, Momentum generates a Weekly Report. It shows your score trend, your best and worst days, and the patterns that drove them. You'll see things like "every day you slept under 7 hours, your output dropped 40%." Those are the patterns that turn into permanent discipline.
Frequently asked
Can a discipline app actually make me more disciplined?
No app makes you disciplined. What Momentum does is remove every excuse for not knowing where you stand. The discipline is yours; the scoreboard is the app's.
How long until I see results?
Most users see their daily score stabilize within 14 days and see meaningful behavior change by day 30. Weekly Reports start producing actionable patterns by week 2.
Do I need to log every habit every day?
No. You set your non-negotiables in onboarding. The daily check-in only asks about those. Most people finish in under 90 seconds.
